The cute atmosphere, good breakfast, great location close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street, proximity to Paddington station and bus stop for 24-hour service bus. Hostess were very good, beautiful view from room overlooking park, clean hotel and comfortable bed, amazing position within walking distance of metro, train station, shops.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful staff. The location next to Paddington in a quiet square was perfect, and it was so convenient being close to the subway station. the hotel was situated in a nice neighborhood with good restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is superb, with Paddington Station just a few minutes away. The hotel is situated in a quiet square, surrounded by markets and great restaurants. the neighborhood is beautiful and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the staff is welcoming and kind. With the convenience of nearby public transport and the comfort of the room, it's a great base for exploring the city.
There is a communication problem at the hotel which can lead to misunderstandings and inconvenience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely fantastic. Situated on a lovely square, it provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still conveniently close to transportation options. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with all the necessary facilities cleverly fitted into the compact space. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which, although a little quirky, ensured a good night's sleep.
